Export health certificates, EU certificates, fit-to-fly certificates and rabies titre testing for cats and dogs — with the examination done at home rather than in a clinic waiting room.
Which of these your pet needs depends entirely on where you are going.
Start earlier than you think you need to. Requirements and timings vary by destination, and some countries require testing well in advance of travel. Message us as soon as you know where and roughly when you are going, and we will tell you what applies.
Plenty of relocation companies do the whole move. We do the veterinary side of it — so it is worth knowing where we stop.
We don't supply airline-approved crates, book flights or arrange cargo. If you need door-to-door logistics, you will want a dedicated pet relocation company alongside us.
We prepare documents for pets leaving the country. Bringing a pet into the UAE is a different process and not one we handle.
We also treat cats and dogs only — no birds, rabbits, reptiles or other exotic pets, including for travel documentation.
Message us with the country you're travelling to, your rough timeline, and your pet's vaccination history. Requirements differ so much by destination that this is where everything starts.
The veterinarian examines your pet and takes any samples needed, in your own home — no carrier, no clinic, no waiting room before a journey that already involves enough travel.
We prepare the certificates your destination requires and keep you updated. You are told what is outstanding and what still needs to happen before you fly.
The paperwork is the complicated bit. The examination behind it is an ordinary home visit.
Illustrations, not photographs of real appointments. Real photographs from our visits are on the home page.
Two pets going to two different countries can need completely different documents and tests. A fixed price here would be misleading for most people who read it.
Tell us the destination and your pet's history, and you get a quote covering what your specific move actually requires — confirmed before anything is booked, like every other service we offer.

We do not arrange crates, flight bookings or cargo, and we do not handle import paperwork into the UAE. Requirements and timings vary by destination, so please message the team on WhatsApp with the country you are travelling to and your pet's vaccination history.
Yes. Routine vaccinations and microchipping for cats and dogs can usually be performed during a home visit. The veterinarian will first review the pet's medical history and perform an examination to confirm that vaccination is appropriate.
House visits start from AED 99 depending on your location, and the visit fee is charged in addition to the services provided. A veterinary consultation is AED 150, and most vaccinations are AED 150 each.
Vaccination packages start from AED 450 and include the house visits. The full price list is on our services page, and the total for your appointment is always confirmed before it is booked.
Pet Lovers provides home visits across most areas of Dubai and Sharjah. Availability depends on the exact location and veterinarian schedule. Please provide your area, address or location pin so the team can confirm availability.
Pet Lovers currently treats cats and dogs only.
Pet Lovers is not a substitute for a fully equipped emergency veterinary hospital. Do not wait for a home visit if your pet has any of the following:
Proceed directly to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital. Do not delay emergency transport while waiting for a home-visit response. If you are unsure, message us with your pet's symptoms and we will advise whether a home visit is appropriate.
Tell us the destination and we'll tell you what your pet needs, and how long it's likely to take.
