House visits start from AED 99 depending on your location, and the visit fee is charged in addition to the services provided. A veterinary consultation is AED 150, and most vaccinations are AED 150 each.

Vaccination packages start from AED 450 and include the house visits. The full price list is on our services page, and the total for your appointment is always confirmed before it is booked.

Yes. A video consultation is a 15-minute video call with a veterinarian for AED 49, with no house visit fee on top. The call is on Zoom, which works normally in the UAE, and you do not need a Zoom account.

It is for advice rather than examination - deciding whether your pet needs to be seen, following up after a home visit, behaviour questions, travel paperwork, or going through test results you already have. The veterinarian cannot diagnose or prescribe medication from a video call.

Any time the answer depends on hands on the animal. Vomiting, diarrhoea, not eating, lethargy, limping, breathing changes, a lump or an injury all need a physical examination - temperature, hydration, listening to the chest and feeling the abdomen cannot be assessed over video.

If you describe one of these on the call, the veterinarian will tell you straight away and help you arrange a home visit instead.

Message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you would like to discuss. We confirm a time, send the payment details and a Zoom link, and you join at the agreed time.

You do not need a Zoom account and the link opens on a phone, tablet or computer. Zoom works normally in the UAE, unlike WhatsApp video calls.

Have your pet nearby in case the veterinarian wants to see something, along with any test results, medication packaging or vaccination records you already have.

Yes. Routine vaccinations and microchipping for cats and dogs can usually be performed during a home visit. The veterinarian will first review the pet's medical history and perform an examination to confirm that vaccination is appropriate.

Many anxious pets are calmer when examined at home. Please inform Pet Lovers before the visit if your pet has previously bitten, scratched, escaped, shown aggression or required sedation during veterinary appointments. The veterinarian may modify or stop the examination if continuing would be unsafe.

Blood and urine samples can often be collected during a home visit, depending on the pet's condition, temperament and the test required. Some samples may need to be sent to an external laboratory, and certain procedures may require referral to a veterinary clinic.

The veterinarian may carry selected commonly used veterinary medications and treatment supplies. Availability depends on the pet's condition and the medication required. Some prescriptions may need to be dispensed or collected separately.

Yes. Multiple cats or dogs in the same household can usually be seen during one appointment. Please tell us in advance how many pets need to be examined and the reason for each visit. Additional fees may apply.

If your pet requires X-rays, advanced imaging, surgery, oxygen therapy, hospitalisation or intensive monitoring, the veterinarian will recommend referral to an appropriate veterinary clinic or hospital. Home visits are suitable for many consultations and treatments, but they do not replace hospital care when advanced support is required.

Same-day appointments may be available depending on veterinarian availability, your location and the nature of the request. They are not guaranteed. Please contact Pet Lovers as early as possible to check availability.

Please prepare your pet's vaccination card or previous medical records if available, a list or photograph of any current medications, relevant photos or videos of the problem and a quiet, well-lit room for the examination.

Cats should be kept in a secure room before the veterinarian arrives. For dogs, please have a collar or harness available.

Pet Lovers currently treats cats and dogs only.

Yes. Pet Lovers offers compassionate home euthanasia for cats and dogs. Please contact the team through WhatsApp so the situation, availability and arrangements can be discussed privately and sensitively.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact Pet Lovers on WhatsApp as early as possible. Any cancellation fee or rescheduling conditions will be confirmed by the veterinary team.

Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.

Yes. Pet Lovers prepares travel documentation for cats and dogs leaving the UAE: export health certificates (MOCCAE), EU health certificates, fit-to-fly certificates, and sampling for the rabies titre test (RNATT).

We do not arrange crates, flight bookings or cargo, and we do not handle import paperwork into the UAE. Requirements and timings vary by destination, so please message the team on WhatsApp with the country you are travelling to and your pet's vaccination history.
